About Me
Photography is where all the pieces of my life come together. I have always been a shy, reserved person, someone who moved through the world softly. The camera became the place where I could finally be seen without having to speak loudly. My work leans toward the things that feel like me: stillness, color, atmosphere, and moments that hold their own quiet strength.
I am drawn to beacons of silence and hope — lighthouses and soft horizons — symbols of resilience that stand steady even when everything around them shifts. They remind me of the strength it takes to be quiet in a loud world.
Color is another part of my story. Certain tones appear again and again in my images because they carry personal meaning — especially those tied to my mom. She is living with dementia, and weaving her favorite colors into my work has become a way of honoring her, keeping her close, and giving quiet visibility to something so many families navigate with tenderness and resilience.
I photograph to make sense of things - identity, memory, emotion - and to create images that feel honest and grounded. My work is for anyone who finds beauty in subtlety, who listens for the quiet parts of life, and who understands that strength doesn’t always need to shout.
I am based out of Dover, NH where I live with my husband Eric and my dog Charlie. When I am not out photographing I enjoy running, playing piano, and reading.
